My Background
I am currently enrolled at EPFL in the Master's program for Life Sciences Engineering, with a specialization in Computational Biology. For my final semester, I am conducting my Master's thesis within the GHI group, where I am focusing on oncologic spatial transcriptomics datasets.
My Research Interests
My research aims to integrate digital histopathology images with sequencing data. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in the combination of image processing and machine/deep learning within the domain of biology. I am fascinated by the potential of these interdisciplinary approaches to unlock insights into biological systems, particularly in areas like cancer or neurosciences.
